 Rippa World Cup Champions

For the past 3 days I was fortunate enough to take our fantastic school rippa rugby team to Auckland to compete in the Rippa World Cup where we came away New Zealand champions. Whau Valley School represented New Zealand and won the final over Wales (Arrowtown School) 50 - 25.

Holiday time

Well we have had a long term and it is now holiday time. Sadly we are losing seven of our class members who are moving up to the middles. However we will be getting three new class members at the beginning of term 3. Next term we will be looking at our heritage and also look back at how things used to be in Northland and Whangarei.
